White people are capable of "extraordinary cruelty" to remove immigrants, but "something" is holding white people back. And since "extraordinary cruelty" is a necessary evil, the "something" has to be eliminated. So what is the "something"? Jews? Woke mind virus? Christianity? Liberalism? All of the above?
And what is necessary to remove the "something"? Death camps? Re-education? Pagan revival, or Christian revival, or atheist revival, or some new made-up religion? Even if I remove all my moral objections, I don't see these options as more impactful, realistic, or likely than leftist fantasies about giving America back to Native Americans.
Maybe I'm just a very apathetic, cynical, or unemotional person. I don't view America or Europe as being sacred lands where white demographic majorities are divinely ordained. I don't personally share this ethnocentric concern.
But I am concerned that mass immigration will cause a decline in institutional and political stability. And I would like to tackle that question in a pragmatic way, from the perspective of elite theory.
My concern comes from the history of Greece, and Rome, and the Austro-Hungarian Empire, and because mass Catholic and Jewish immigration in the 19th century led directly to the reforms of FDR. All of these were "Caucasian on Caucasian" immigration waves, so I imagine non-white immigration could be even more impactful.
Even if some of FDR's reforms were good (Social Security is hard to defend), the result was a massive expansion of the government bureaucracy and the establishment of Civil Rights. Maybe that was for the best, but it was extremely costly and led directly to third party revolts and terrorism.
Liberal institutions lead to the greatest amount of technological, social, and cultural progress. Non-functional institutions lead to stagnant and backwards societies. I'm open to the idea that Indians or Taiwanese or Japanese or South Koreans can achieve cool things too, but bringing in millions of these people to America and allowing them to become the CEOs of all our companies and marry our Vice Presidents seems mythologically incontinent.
No empire can persist without a strong military, and I don't see how first-generation immigrants with no connection to the historical American identity or religion can be expected to fight and die for a country that they think is evil and racist. It also seems like white Americans have a dwindling interest in dying for a country run by people who think the white warrior class is evil and racist.
Even if America never fights another war for 1,000 years (unlikely), the willingness to die for the nation is a measure of social trust and idealism. As social trust declines, things fall apart. I want idealism to increase, and I'm not sure mass immigration is helpful for that goal. I am hopeful that liberal politicians like Keir Starmer can lead a movement to recognize these dangers and mitigate them. I am also cynical that the right-wing is the better option in this respect, given the numbers under Rishi Sunak and Trump. I'm not a single issue voter in this regard, and immigration is not my #1 concern. Still, worth thinking about.
Amen brotha.
This reminds me of Ned Flanders' parents when they bring him to a psychologist due to his poor behavior.
"We've tried nothing and we're all out of ideas!"
Where there is a will, there is a way. We should do the easiest thing first, that people are most willing to do or support, which is close the gates.
Then, assuming people are happy about such a change, we can try other things.
But we have to start with the basics, and few (if any) countries have done that yet.
Inertia is our greatest enemy.
Ngl we are cooked
nah
