The two main explanations are (a) elitism, social Darwinism and competitive exclusion - the majority of people born have parents that are unconcerned with the destiny of their progeny and society. They do not ascertain the qualities that deem them fit to be of value to society, they procreate without any consideration as to the maintenance of their wealth, or power nor their legacies. Such people are seen everywhere as worker bees, worker drones, another mouth to be fed. All are obsolete in the name of greater intelligence and cognition. The masses are suggestible, gullible and should be exploited to do the labour for the kings, the technocrats, the controllers of fate and festivity. Evolution is best governed by sensible choice and not by random chance of random matings of the masses. Resources are squandered for perpetual entertainment. Hence, mongrelizing people will make them an inferior breed that is more manageable, controllable and manipulatable especially once life extension technologies enable immortality of the mind for the elites and the common masses will live in perpetual servitude of happiness under the guise of egalitarian ideals, all will serve under the banner of mankind.
